ViewBuild Software - Training Why Offer Video Training

When ViewBuild was first launched, we receive literally hundreds of support calls requesting help using the product and/or training.  Initially, we ran two training courses - one for beginners or those with a basic knowledge of the tool; and one for advanced users.  Whilst these course were successful it was cost prohibitive for a large number of users and time consuming for our staff.  So we hit upon the idea of including the course material with the software by way of videos on DVD. So, now we offer two DVDs:  One for the beginners called "Basic Training"  and one for the whizz kids called "Advanced Training".
